ISLAMABAD: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has urged
listed companies to ensure that their annual and quarterly financial
statements are submitted in both the PDF and MS Excel formats. In a
statement released on Friday, the commission noted that consequent
to the promulgation of the Companies Act of 2017, every
listed company was required to send electronic copies of its annual financial
