KARACHI: A garbage dump in L

Khadda Market area caught fire last night. Hospital sources informed media that three children died as a result of inhaling fumes.
Fire Brigade officials stated that the garbage dump caught fire overnight, causing the r
ooms of the nearby residential building to be filled with thi
ck fumes. Consequently, five members of a family fell unconscious and were taken to Civil Hospital.
According to hospital sources, the three children could not survive while their parents are still under treatment.
Local po
lice authorities claimed that an investigation was being carried out to ascertain the cause of the fire and whether it was an accident or was deliberately instigated.
